As an Industrial Revolutionist with over 25 years experience in the Corporate World, I have x-rayed the seeming challenges Afrikans face in trying to compete favorably with their counterparts in the developed Nations. So many questions came to mind that beg for solutions.
In my opinion, if Afrika must develop in the right direction, these and many more challenges must be resolved as they are not insurmountable as we make them look.
What are these questions?

1. Why are Afrikan States GDPs so low that her GDPs per Capita are such embarrassing numbers such that the Standard of Living of our people is plunking by the day?

2. Why are we said to be supplying more than 70% of the Raw Materials the rest of the World rely in building their economy while our Afrikan youths are unemployed and many die in hunger in the midst of plenty?

3. Why are our few local industries ailing by the day with no respite at sight?

4. Why is adequate and sustainable Power (Electricity) supply in some parts of Africa has continued to be a mirage?

5. Which are the CBN policies that are counterproductive and why are some of our Afrikan Banks not able to fund long term projects in the Continent, what must we do as Pan Afrikanists to get the Apex Banks to reverse such policies that have become perpetual bane to the Economic growth of the Afrikan continent?

6. Are Governments in Afrika good managers of Public corporations?

7. Which are the best hands to build and manage infrastructures in Afrika, Governments or the Private Sectors?

8. Can Afrikans ever uphold the core value of hardwork?

9. What is the Afrikan model of doing business that has made Afrika unattractive to some investors? Or why do investors now have a separate template for investment in Afrika despite our Population, abundant Human and Natural Resources?

10. Why do Afrikans chose to export raw materials rather than add values to them and why have we Afrikans made massive importation of finished goods and services our tradition?

11. How would Industrialization help to stem insecurity that has currently bedeviled some parts of of Afrika?

12. What must African Heads of Governments do to attract investments amidst insecurity in some parts of the continent?

Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen you may wish to add to the list of questions/challenges so we all may discuss and provide panacea to them if Afrika must be liberated economically going forward.
ESGADIA shall engage Heads of Governments and suggest measures to be taken head-on. Afrika is our home. Needless to say, Afrikan descendants would have wished to find home in their origin if Afrika is home to herself. Let us build the Afrika of our dream.

Economic Strategic Growth And Development Initiative of Africa- ESGADIA shall be looking into the various challenges posing against Growth and Development of the Continent.
As an industrial nostrum, ESGADIA’s dream is to ensure that Afrika is fully Industrialized such that our teeming youths shall no longer have to wittingly journey into slavery and death in search of greener pastures abroad. It’s an error that must be corrected by us through the instrumentality of ESGADIA.
If the dream of the West is to wake up one morning to discover that Afrikans have exited the planet earth so they can move into the Continent, why then do we want to make their dream come true by watching our fellow Afrikans* die in hunger while our able and vibrant youths find solace in living abroad?

ESGADIA no doubt is the Afrikan Dream to bring the Continent to an enviable state.
Now to pursue this dream to reality, I have the pleasure to introduce to us, Professor Patrick Loche Otieno Lumumba of Kenya who is the Chairman Board of Trustees and Chairman International Board of Patrons of ESGADIA. Other notable members of the board include Hajiya Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu who doubles as the President Council of African Political Parties (CAPP).
